Geylang Traditional Carrot Cake dishes out fried carrot in the usual black or white styles.

This fried carrot cake uses longish cubes of radish cake that is firm and springy. These are pan fried with eggs and chye poh. The white version is not exactly crispy but tastes rather decent. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a mild tint of sweet. It has some pockets of crispiness which is rather nice.

Personally I think that the black version of fried carrot cake here is nicer than their white ones. Thumbs up.
