Gim Chew Fried Hokkien Noodle does wet type of fried hokkien mee with prawns and sotong.

The mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon is wok fried with eggs and some bean sprouts and simmered in a broth. This results in a decently flavourful plate of fried hokkien mee. The prawns are of decent size and decently fresh, and the sotong is fairly soft. Comes served with some crispy pork lard, a piece of green lime and a dollop of savoury and spicy tasting chilli paste.
