Wanton Mee

Rong’s Wantan Noodle serves wanton mee with slices of char siew and both soup wanton and fried wanton in a bowl of tossed noodles.

The char siew is lean and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The savoury tasting boiled wanton has soft skin with a meaty filling. The fried wanton has a crispy skin and meaty filling. As for the tossed noodles, it is firm and springy with savoury flavours. It is bit too salty for my personal tastebuds but those who like savoury food would probably like this. Some vegetables is included with the tossed noodles. You can also add a very spicy chilli sauce into the noodles, and crispy pork lard too.

Although this wanton mee is a bit too salty for me, it is still rather decent.
