Prawn Mee

Min Nan Pork Ribs Prawn Noodle dishes out nice tasty prawn noodles with options for soup or dry versions. The dry version of this comes with a bowl of nicely flavoured soup on the side.

The prawn noodles comes with prawns, fish cake slices and meat balls which are soft and springy. Having meat balls included with prawn noodles is something that is not common, and I think it is a pretty nice touch. The noodles has a mild alkaline taste though.

Personally I like the dry version here a bit more, which I think has nicer flavourings. The chilli mixed with noodles helps cover up its alkaline taste. Comes with crispy bits of lard pieces and fried shallots too. Very nice!
