Hainanese Chicken Rice

Edmond Chicken Rice is a Muslim operated chicken rice stall serving Chinese style halal Haianese chicken rice and roast chicken. You can have either Hainanese white chicken or roast chicken. If you are undecided like me, you can choose to have both too.

The rice is rather fragrant with nice flavours and not oily. The chicken soup too, has nice flavours. The accompanying chilli sauce is standard chicken rice garlic chilli sauce.

Now for the chicken. The Hainanese chicken is quite nice, with tender chicken meat and smooth chicken skin. The roast chicken is the surprise here. It has a savour tastes and is crispy! You can still taste the crispiness in its chicken skin. It is really good. Recommended.
