The regular popiah features a moist and rather flavourful filling consisting of radish, carrot, bean sprouts, lettuce, crispy bits and boiled egg bits. These are wrapped in a soft popiah skin with a lightly sweet seasoning.

The sushi option has the popiah wrapped with an additional layer of seaweed. It is topped with sliced prawn along with a dollop of mayonnaise and chilli.

Both popiah options taste nice.
