A1 Boneless Chicken Rice

serves hainanese chicken, roast chicken and chicken cutlet with rice. Rather likeable.

Hainanese Chicken, Roast Chicken, Chicken Cutlet

A1 Boneless Chicken Rice serves hainanese chicken, roast chciken and chicken cutlet with rice. It comes with a plate of flavoured rice, a bowl of vegetables soup and chilli sauce.

The hainanese chicken has soft and tender meat with smooth soft skin. The roast chicken has tender meat and flavourful skin. The chicken cutlet has a crispy batter, moist meat and savoury tastes. The meats are served on a plate with soya sauce seasoning added and a few slices of cucumber. All 3 types of chicken are nice in their own ways.

The accompanying plate of rice is firm and flavourful. The vegetables soup has a tint of bean sprouts flavours, and the chilli sauce is garlicky and limey. This is a rather likeable serving of chicken rice.
