Special Noodles

Adam Fishball Noodle serves various fishball and minced meat noodles with regular choice of noodles. Above is their special noodle that has a bit of everything. Mee kia is chosen for the noodles.

First, let’s begin with the noodles. The mee kia is firm and springy, and has pretty decent seasoning flavours. It comes with some vegetables, fried shallots and crispy pork lard. Served together in the bowl of noodles are: slices of braised mushroom, minced meat, fish cake slices and fish dumpling.

The braised mushroom is soft with a sweet tasting braised sauce. The minced meat is firm and meaty, and the fish cake is smooth and springy with nice fish flavours. The nicely flavoured fish dumpling is very smooth too. Likeable.

Accompanying the bowl of noodles is a bowl of nicely flavoured soup containing fishballs and 2 types of meatballs. The fishball is very soft and smooth. The meatball is fairly soft with nice meaty flavours. The larger meatball is firm and meaty with a soft meaty filling. It has nice savoury and meaty tastes. The fishball and both meatballs are good!

This serving of special noodles is truly enjoyable. I like it.
