Adam’s Indian Rojak offers a wide range of indian rojak served with a tasty dipping sauce. As shown above are a selection of: vegetable dough, bean sprouts dough, coconut dough, egg dough, crispy prawn fritter, prawn cake, and potato.

The vegetable dough contains some vegetable bits. The bean sprouts dough contains some bean sprouts and has a nice bean sprouts taste. Both of these are crispy outside, soft inside and taste nice.

The coconut dough is a bit firmer with crunchy grated coconut and a pleasant coconut taste. The egg dough features a crispy dough coating a piece of boiled egg. I like them both.

The crispy prawn fritter has a crispy batter containing crispy prawns. The prawn cake has a crispy dough topped with crispy prawn. As for the potato, it is deep-fried with crispy outsides and soft insides. All three options taste not bad.

The various indian rojak pieces are served topped with cucumber slices, chopped green chilli and onions. It is served with a tasty dipping sauce. The sauce that has both spicy and sweet notes. The sauce contains crunchy peanut bits, beans and various spices. It pairs really well with the indian rojak pieces.
