Ah Boy Nasi Lemak offers a selection of nasi lemak sets. The nasi lemak set as shown above comes with pork chop, fried egg and ikan bilis peanuts, with the fried chicken wing as an extra add-on.

The pork chop is firm, meaty and flavourful, but unfortunately its fried batter is soft and no longer crispy. The fried chicken wing is moist and meaty, with a mildly crispy batter and nice marinated flavours. The fried egg has soft whites and a soft yolk. The peanuts are crunchy and they contain just a very small amount of crispy ikan bilis. The serving of rice is firm, lightly fragrant and fairly flavourful. A dollop of slightly savoury and slightly sweet tasting chilli paste is provided and it pairs rather well with the dish.

This serving of nasi lemak tastes rather decent.
