Nasi Lemak

So Lemak does nasi lemak served with har cheong gai chicken wing and a small selection of sides. Seen above is with otah, char cheong gai chicken wing, fried egg, ikan bilis and peanuts.

The rice has a fragrant scent and is fairly flavourful. The otah is firm, spicy and contains chunky fish meat bits. The ikan bilis is crispy and the peanuts is crunchy. The fried egg is quite normal though. As for the har cheong gai chicken wing, it has a slightly crispy batter with moist meat. It is savoury tasting with a very faint notes of prawn paste. Personally I would have preferred more intense flavours, but this is quite decent. A dollop of slightly savoury and slightly spicy tasting chilli paste is provided on the side.

This plate of nasi lemak is a decent one.
