Ke Kou Mian.

Ah Gong KKM serves ke kou mian with a variety of ingredients in non-spicy or spi/cy soup options. As shown above is the spicy soup option served with prawns, meatballs, pork and liver slices, topped with crispy fried garlic bits.

The prawns are decent size and decently fresh. The meaty meatballs are made of minced meat with nice seasoning flavours. Both the pork and liver slices are soft and meaty, with the liver having a gamey taste. The ke kou mian instant noodles is fairly springy, and the spicy soup is pleasantly flavoured with a raw egg mixed into it.

Overall this bowl of ke kou mian tastes decent.
