Fried Kway Teow.

Ah Heng Char Kway Teow dishes out fried kway teow featuring see hum, lap cheong and fish cake. The see hum is decent-sized and tastes decent. The fish cake is springy and the lap cheong has a nice sweet taste.

The wok-fried combination of smooth kway teow and springy yellow noodles is cooked together with bean sprouts, egg, crispy pork lard. A drizzle of sweet black sauce is then added to the mixture, along with see hum, lap cheong and fish cake. This results in a plate of flavourful fried kway teow with a mild tint of sweetness and a delightful note of wok hei. It tastes great!
