Fried Hokkien Mee.

Ah Ong Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle serves fried hokkien mee containing prawns, sotong slices and pork belly slices. The prawns are fairly large and fresh, the sotong is rather soft, and the pork belly is meaty with soft fatty parts.

A mixture of mee hoon and yellow noodles are wok-fried with eggs and simmered in a flavourful broth. This results in a moist and flavourful plate of fried hokkien mee with nice wok hei. Served on the side are: a piece of green lime, some crispy pork lard and a limey and spicy chilli sauce.

This serving of fried hokkien mee tastes good!
