Wanton Mee

Albert Centre Traditional Wanton Noodle does traditional style wanton mee with a soya sauce based seasoning and lard. It comes with lean meat char siew, both soup and fried wanton dumplings.

The bowl of noodles is quite springy and tastes quite nice of soya sauce flavourings. Comes with lean meat char siew, some vegetables and fried wanton dumplings. The lean meat char siew is fairly tender with a bit of sweet flavours. The fried wanton has a nicely fried crispy skin with decently nice flavoured meat filling.

A small bowl of soup comes on the side, containing boiled wanton dumplings. This soup wanton has soft wanton skin and fairly nice meat dumplings. The clear soup has decent flavours with a hint of ginger.

Overall, this is quite a likeable bowl of wanton mee, and the crispy fried wanton is good for snacking on.
