Prawn Mee.

Amoy Street Boon Kee Prawn Noodle serves a small selection of prawn mee with a choice of noodles.

The prawn mee soup, as shown above, comes with prawns and pork slices, served with yellow noodles and kway teow in a bowl of soup.

The prawns are fairly large and fresh, while the pork slices are firm and meaty. The yellow noodles is springy, and the kway teow is rather smooth. The prawn soup has intense prawn flavours and is really flavourful. Some fried shallots are added as toppings.

This bowl of prawn mee tastes good and is highly recommended!
