Albert Centre Singapore

Ang Seng Teochew Noodle

is just another stall selling the usual assortment of minced meat and fishball noodles. Quite ordinary.

Minced Meat & Fishball Noodles

Ang Seng Teochew Noodle sells the usual assortment of minced meat and fishball noodles. Seen above is their minced meat mee pok which comes with minced meat, pork slices, meatball, fishball and fish cake slices.

The minced meat and pork slices are tender and soft with savoury flavours. The meatball has a firm texture with meaty flavours. The fishball and fish cake slices are soft and smooth, tastes decent with light savoury flavours.

The bowl of mee pok noodles, however, isn’t exactly springy. It is soft but not overly. Comes with some bean sprouts and crispy pork lard pieces. Quite ordinary but still tastes fairly decent.
