Ayam Panggang & Ikan Goreng.

The grilled chicken leg is moist and meaty with a slightly crispy and flavourful skin attached. The fried fish has a crispy batter coating its soft meat. Both meats are glazed in a sweet black sauce.

The meats are served with rice and curry, a side of vegetables and an omelette. The rice has a soft texture, and the curry sauce is mildly spicy with a distinctive taste of coconut milk flavours. The vegetables are crunchy and tastes decent. The fried omelette contains bits of chopped chilli, onions and spring onions. A dollop of ikan bilis flavoured chilli paste is also provided on the side.

This serving of ayam panggang and ikan goreng rice tastes nice.

Ayam Penyet.

The piece of fried chicken leg is juicy and flavourful with a crispy and flavourful skin. Some extra crispy fried flour bits are provided, giving the chicken an extra boost of crunchiness.
