Bao Mushroom Fishball Minced Meat Noodle

serves minced meat and fishball noodles. Fishballs are handmade. Nice.

Fishball Noodles

Bao Mushroom Fishball Minced Meat Noodle serves minced meat and fishball noodles. Seen above is their fishball noodles with mee pok chosen and added meatballs.

The mee pok is served with fishballs, slices of fish cake and fish dumpling. Both the fishball and fish cake are handmade. They are soft and smooth with nice savoury flavours. Very likeable. The fish dumpling is fairly soft and smooth with nice savoury flavours too.

As for the mee pok, it is tossed with a vinegar based seasoning. Decent flavours but the noodles are a bit soft. The noodles are quite ordinary but the handmade fishballs and fish cake are really nice.

Extra meatballs are added to this serving of fishball noodles. There are 2 types of meatballs here, the regular ones and ones with a pork filling inside. These are served in a bowl of nice savoury tasting soup. The regular meatball is of smaller size. It is soft with nice meaty and savoury flavours. The ones with filling is firm with nice meaty and savoury flavours too. The meat filling is soft and juicy. Both are rather likeable.

Personally I like their handmade fishballs and fish cake here and my good rating goes to them. Recommended.
