Lor Mee.

The signature lor mee features fried fish meat, pork belly slices, fish ngo hiang, fried crispy batter and half a braised egg, served with thick yellow noodles in a bowl of starchy and pleasantly flavoured sauce.

The fried fish meat has a crispy coated batter with crispy and chewy fish skin, The braised pork belly is tender and meaty, with soft fatty parts. Both thefried fish meat and braised pork belly taste nice. The fish ngo hiang is soft and quite flavourful. The braised egg, on the other hand, tastes rather bland with no briased flavours detected. The thick yellow noodles has a mild alkaline taste. The lor mee can be topped with optional minced garlic, chopped spring onions, chopped chilli, savoury chilli paste and vinegar.

Although this lor mee has its imperfections, but it is still quite likeable.
