Big Thumbs Minced Meat Noodle serves a variety of minced meat and fishball noodles. Shown above is their 3 treasures mee pok which comes with fishballs, meatballs, wanton and ngo hiang slices served in a bowl of pleasantly flavoured soup containing lettuce and chopped spring onions.

The fishballs are smooth and springy with a nice savoury taste. The nicely seasoned meatballs are soft and meaty. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping a soft, springy and meaty filling with a peppery note. The fried ngo hiang slices are crispy with a nice beancurd skin taste. A bowl of tossed mee pok is served on the side. It is springy with decent seasoning flavours, and topped with chopped spring onions, fried garlic and crispy pork lard.

This serving of 3 treasures mee pok tastes not bad.
