Bugis Teochew Beef Noodle serves a variety of beef noodles in either soup or dry options, with a choice of noodles. The beef kway teow dry version, as shown above, has generous portions of beef slices, kway teow, bean sprouts and topped with coriander leaves, served in a flavourful sauce.

The beef slices are firm and meaty, while the kway teow has a pleasant smooth texture. The sauce is starchy and flavourful, with a nice subtle sweet note. A small bowl of beef flavoured soup accompanies the dish. An optional limey chilli sauce and green lime are provided too.
