Fried Carrot Cake

Cai Bao Fried Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake using firm and springy cubes of radish cake pan fried with eggs and chye poh, and topped with chopped spring onions.

The white version of the fried carrot cake has chunky pieces of radish cake cubes instead of the flat egg coated type. It is not crispy but rather flavourful. The black version has sweet black sauce added, making it a bit moist and tastes a little sweet. The black fried carrot cake is mostly soft as well but has some crispy bits which tastes rather nice.

Although this fried carrot cake may not be crispy, but it tastes quite flavourful. Rather decent.
