The hor fun is available with a choice of ingredients. The beef is soft and tender with a light savoury seasoning. The prawns are of decent size and freshness. The hor fun is springy and lumpy with mild tints of smokey wok hei. It is drenched in a starchy and flavourful sauce containing egg slivers and some vegetables.
