Carrot Cake is a stall that serves traditional style fried carrot cake, available in both black and white versions. The carrot cake is made with soft and springy radish cubes pan fried with eggs and a generous amount of chye poh.

The fried carrot cake has a nice dry texture with crispy bits and a delightful flavour. The black version is pan fried with a helping of sweet black sauce, giving it a slightly sweet taste, while still maintaining its crispiness! These are served topped with chopped spring onions.

Both versions of fried carrot cake are delicious! Recommended!
