Black Fungus Steamed Chicken

The steamed chicken meat is soft, very smooth and tender. The black fungus is soft and crunchy, and flavourful too. These are served on a plate with a nice flavourful seasoning sauce that has a faint hint of rice wine. Tastes wonderful.

Salted Fish Pork Patty

The pork patty is soft and juicy, soaking in a soya sauce based seasoning and topped with some minced salted fish. Tastes exactly like the ones in Hong Kong. Good!

Watercress Pork Ribs Soup

The bowl of watercress pork ribs soup comes with soft watercress vegetables and pork ribs that is firm and meaty. As for the soup, very nicely flavoured. Tastes lovely!
