Wanton Mee.

Chef Kin HK Wanton Noodle serves pseudo hong kong style wanton mee with slices of char siew, boiled wanton, fried wanton and a side of vegetables on a plate of tossed noodles. The dumplings are an extra add-on.

The char siew is soft and meaty, with a sweet taste. The boiled wanton has a soft skin wrapping a prawn and meat filling. Similarly, the dumpling has a soft skin wrapping a prawn, meat and mushroom filling. The fried wanton has a crispy skin and a meaty filling. The tossed noodles is firm and springy with a savoury tasting seasoning, and the soup is nicely flavoured. An optional savoury-tasting chilli paste can be added on the side.

As a former hong kong resident myself, I can say for sure that this is not authentic hong kong wanton noodles. Although a wannabe, it is still a rather decent option.
