Soup Dumplings.

The soup dumpling features a thin, soft and chewy folded skin, wrapping a filling that is soft and meaty, bursting in a flavourful soup. It tastes good!

Har Gow.

The har gow has a thin, soft and slightly chewy skin wrapping a flavourful filling consisting of prawns, crunchy water chestnut bits and soft meaty filling. The har gow tastes good too.

Siu Mai.

The siu mai features prawns and mushrooms within the soft, meaty and flavourful filling, with a soft skin. It is topped with fish roe. I like it!

An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli is provided on the side, and it pairs well with the various dim sum.
