Braised Duck.

The braised duck rice set comes with slices of boneless braised duck, half a braised egg, braised tofu and braised peanuts, served on a plate of braised rice, along with a bowl of soup. The braised pork belly is an extra add-on.

The braised duck isi moist and meaty, with a soft and flavourful skin. The braised pork belly is meaty with a soft layer of fats. Both braised meat options taste nice.

The braised egg and soft braised tofu have a light braised taste, and the braised peanuts are soft and flavourful. The braised rice is fluffy and flavourful, and the bowl of braised soup is nicely flavoured with a subtle note of sweet. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste containing tiny dried shrimp bits is provided as well.

This serving of braised duck rice is truly enjoyable,
