Fried Kway Teow

Chomp Chomp Fried Kway Teow Mee dishes out fried kway teow containing the usual see hum, lap cheong and fish cake in a wok fried mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles with some bean sprouts and egg.

The fried kway teow is firm and springy with a nice sweet tint coming from the added sweet sauce. The see hum is smallish is size but tastes decent. The lap cheong is firm and sweet and the fish cake is firm and springy. As far as I can tell, there is no pork lard. However, this plate of fried kway teow is flavourful and likeable. Thumbs up.
