Fried Hokkien Mee

Come Daily Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee is a hugely popular stall dishing out flavourful fried hokkien mee containing prawns and sotong slices. The dish uses a combination of thick mee hoon and yellow noodles, wok fried with egg and bean sprouts, and simmered in a flavourful broth. This results in a wet plate of delicious fried hokkien mee.

The sotong slices are firm and chewy, and the prawns are small size but tastes decent. The mixture of fried yellow noodles and thick mee hoon has a nice firm and springy. texture. Its underlying sauce is so flavourful that it makes me feel like licking the plate clean! A savoury dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste and a piece of green lime is provided on the side.

This plate of fried hokkien mee tastes good!
