The bahn mi includes a spread of pate with meaty, slightly sweet and savoury flavours. It is filled A thick slice of cucumber, carrot shreds, chopped chilli and coriander leaves all nested within a crispy french loaf.

The banh mi has a balanced mixture of slightly sweet, savoury and spicy flavours. I quite like it.
