The mee siam has a flavourful sauce with an undertone of tartiness. The mee hoon is accompanied by some bean sprouts, a boiled egg, and topped with tiny pieces of tau pok and chopped spring onions. A squeeze of fresh green lime juice, and dollop of slightly sweet-tasting chilli paste completes the dish. This serving of mee siam is delicious!

Mee Rebus

The mee rebus has a flavourful sauce with a subtle hint of spiciness, and contains some tiny nutty peanuts. The yellow noodles is firm and served with some bean sprouts.
