The vegetarian fried mee hoon comes with vegetarian char siew, vegetarian goose and a side of fried cabbage. The spring roll is an extra add-on.

The vegeterian char siew has a firm texture and tastes mildly sweet. The vegetarian goose is crispy with a nice tint of sweet. The fried cabbage contains some carrot shreds and tastes decent. The spring roll has a chewy skin with crispy sides. Its filling of radish and carrot shreds is moist and has a sweet tone. The fried mee hoon is nicely flavoured and comes with some vegetables and tiny carrot shreds. An optional savoury and spicy chilli paste is available on the side.
