En Hui Vegetarian Food

sells the usual vegetarian fried mee hoon, noodles and rice with a nice assortment of vegetarian sides to choose from.

Vegetarian Fried Noodles

This vegetarian fried noodles is stir fried using the thin type of yellow noodles and some bean sprouts. The noodles is a bit on the soft side though.

Vegetarian char siew slices, crispy mock goose, fried cabbage and long beans are chosen here. The char siew has nice smokey and sweet flavours. The vegetarian goose is crispy with a mildly sweet taste. Both the fried cabbage and long beans tastes decent too. Some curry sauce with nice coconut milk flavourings is added to this plate of noodles. Tastes rather nice.
