Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has an eggs and starch mixture that is fried until a nice golden crisp. The starchy parts are crispy outside and still chewy with a little stickiness inside. Tastes really nice too! Includes a handful of large juicy oysters and topped with spring onions and coriander leaves. Comes served with a saucer of slightly limey tasting chilli sauce on the side, which tastes really nice with the oysters and fried omelette. This plate of fried oyster omelette is definitely good!
