The resulting fried kway teow is moist and smells really fragrant. Sweet black sauce is added, giving it nice savoury and sweet flavours. Nice flavours. I like it.

This fried oyster omelette comes with decent sized oysters that are quite juicy. It has a nicely flavoured egg and starch mixture that is pan fried to a mild crisp and has a dry texture. The starchy parts are a bit chewy but isn’t crispy. Comes served with a limey tasting chilli dip on the side. This fried oyster omelette is quite decent.
