Signature Noodles

Fang Lin Teochew Noodles offers a selection of fishball, meatball and abalone noodles. Available in soup or dry with regular choice of noodles. Above is their signature noodles with mee pok chosen. It comes with fishballs, meatballs, slices of fish cake, minced meat and abalone slices. A bowl of nicely flavoured soup is served on the side.

The fishball is soft and springy, slightly savoury tasting and has nice fish flavours. The fish cake contains tiny bits of spring onions and chilli. It is soft and smooth and flavourful. The meatball is soft and has meaty flavours, and the abalone is fairly soft. The noodles also comes with some meaty minced meat bits.

This bowl of signature mee pok is quite likeable, especially its fish cake.
