Cai Png

Feng Wei Mixed Veg Rice Porridge serves cai png with a decent variety of mains and sides to choose from. Above is with sweet sour pork, deep fried prawns, stir fried bean sprouts and fried egg chosen. These are served with rice and curry sauce.

The sweet sour pork is firm and meaty but its fried coating is mostly soft. The crispy ones are nice though. The deep fried prawns has a nice thick crispy batter. The stir fried bean sprouts is moist and crunchy but a bit bland. The fried egg has a soft yolk and slight crispy whites. As for the curry, it is mildly spicy and quite flavourful.

This plate of cai png is quite decent.
