Fishball Noodles

Fishball Shop does handmade fishballs and meatballs with a selection of noodles. Above is their fishball noodles with mee kia chosen. The meatballs are an extra add-on.

The fishball is smooth and springy with nice savoury fish flavours. The fish cake is smooth and springy too, with nice fish flavours. The flavourful meatball is firm and meaty, and contains tiny bits of spring onions. As for the mee kia, it has a nice dry texture, and has nice seasoning flavours. The noodles is firm and springy, and comes with some crispy pork lard. Not bad.
