The knife-shaved noodle comes in soup and stir-fried options.

The soup pork ribs version comes with soft and meaty pork ribs that tastes decent. The knife-shaved noodle is a bit soft but still firm and springy. The soup is pleasantly flavoured, and it contains mushroom, chopped spring onions and corriander leaves. Tastes ok.

The stir-fried knife-shaved noodle is firm and springy with a mildly sweet seasoning and a subtle tint of wok hei. Some vegetables and onion bits are included. The beef slices are tender and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. Quite likeable.

You Po Mian.

The you po mian features firm and springy you mian containing carrot shreds, vegetables, sliced mushrooms, meaty minced pork roll and an egg. It is topped with dried chilli flakes with boiling hot oil drenched over. Crispy and savoury ikan bilis, and fried shallots are added as toppings. This serving of you po mian tastes nice.

Zha Jiang Mian.

The you mian is firm and springy. It is topped with a meat sauce containing meaty minced meat and mixed beans, with decent flavours and a light note of spicy. This zha jiang mian tastes rather ordinary.

Mee Hoon Kueh.

The mee hoon kueh is firm and springy. It is served in a pleasantly flavoured soup with minced meat roll that is soft and meaty, a fully cooked raw egg, and soft mushroom slices. Some crispy ikan bilis and fried shallots are added as toppings. This mee hoon kueh tastes pretty decent.

Dumplings.

The fried dumplings have a chewy skin with crispy undersides. Its filling is juicy and meaty with undertones of black pepper. Not bad.

Seaweed.

The seaweed is a side dish that is served cold. It is crunchy with both limey and spicy flavours.
