Braised Duck Rice

Fuji Duck & Teochew Porridge does braised duck rice. Above is their braised duck rice set which comes with slices of duck meat, braised tofu, braised egg and some vegetables served on a plate of braised rice. Do note that there is no soup provided.

The boneless braised duck meat is firm, moist and meaty with some braised sauce added. The braised tofu is fairly soft and has nice braised flavours. The braised egg is firm with mild braised tastes. The braised rice is firm and decently flavourful. A side of soft vegetables and an optional dried shrimped flavoured chilli paste is provided.

This plate of braised duck rice tastes alright.
