Signature Mee Hoon Kueh

Ge Ge Jia K Kitchen serves handmade mee hoon kueh in soup or dry with 8 noodle options. Above is their signature mee hoon kueh soup. It comes with a whole load of ingredients including, minced meat, pork slices, minced meatballs, fishball, fishcake slices, tau kee roll, mushroom slices, a raw egg and topped with some ikan bilis.

This bowl of mee hoon kueh comes a nicely flavoured soup containing firm and springy pieces of handmade mee hoon kueh and some vegetables. The raw egg is soft but it is quite cooked. The ikan bilis is crispy, and the slices of mushroom is soft and smooth. The minced meat is soft and the pork slices is firm and meaty. The minced meatball is soft and meaty as well. The springy fishball is soft and smooth. Likewise, the fish cake is soft and smooth too.

The signature mee hoon kueh soup is nice and enjoyable. I quite like it. Thumbs up.
