The fried hokkien mee contains sotong and prawns within its wok-fried mixture of yellow noodles, mee hoon, bean sprouts, spring onions and egg. The sotong is firm and springy, while the prawn is of decent size and taste. The fried hokkien mee is moist and springy with pleasant flavours. A dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is provided on the side.

Fried Oyster Omelette.

The fried oyster omelette is actually supplied by a neighbouring stall. It has a pan-fried mixture of starch and eggs, along with oysters and spring onions. The fried oyster omelette has lumpy and chewy pieces of starch and very little eggs. Oysters are of decent size but tastes rather stale. A limey chilli dip is provided on the side.

Overall, this serving of fried oyster omelette is mediocre. There are much better options out there.
