Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features slices of char siew, a fried wanton, and some vegetables served atop a bowl of tossed noodles, with a bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The char siew slices are lean, soft and meaty with a mildly sweet taste. Both the wanton has a flavourful, soft and meaty filling, with the soup wanton having a soft skin wrapper and the fried wanton having a crispy skin wrapper. The soup is pleasantly flavoured with a subtle hint of pepper. The noodles is firm and springy, and is decently seasoned with some crispy pork lard and shallot oil.

All in all, this serving of wanton mee tastes alright.
