This bowl of double fish soup comes with both fried fish meat and sliced fish. The fried fish meat has a nice savoury and chewy skin that is no longer crispy after soaking in the soup. The sliced fish is quite smooth and soft. Yi mian is firm and springy, and the fish soup is flavourful. The soup comes with some lettuce, tomato and bean curd skin. Quite likeable.
