Bak Chor Mee.

Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle serves bak chor mee featuring pork and liver slices, minced pork, meatballs, pork dumplings, and a small slice of dried sole fish, served on a bowl of tossed mee pok, along with a bowl of soup..

The pork slice are firm and meaty, while the minced pork is soft and meaty. The liver slices are soft and gamey. The meatballs are soft and has nice meaty flavours. The dumpling has a soft skin wrapping a soft meaty filling. The dried sole fish is crispy and tastes nice. The mee pok is smooth and springy, with lovely seasoning flavours, and crispy pork lard. A small bowl of flavourful soup containing a small piece of seaweed, crunchy chye poh and chopped spring onions, comes alongside the bowl of tossed noodles.

This serving of bak chor mee mee pok is enjoyable.
