Satay Bee Hoon.

The satay bee hoon comes with pork slices, liver slices, cuttlefish, see hum and tau pok, served with mee hoon, bean sprouts and vegetables, and drenched in satay sauce.

The pork is thinly sliced and is meaty. The liver is thinly sliced too, and is soft and gamey. The cuttlefish is crunchy, the see hum is smallish but decent, and tau pok pieces are soft. The satay sauce has crunchy grated peanuts, is mildly spicy with a lightly sweet note.

This plate of satay bee hoon tastes rather nice.
