Fried Mee Hoon & Noodles.

The fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture and a pleasant savoury taste. The fried yellow noodles is firm and springy, and tastes decent. The vegetarian goose is getting soft but still retains a slight crispiness. An optional chilli sauce is provided on the side.

Between the fried mee hoon and fried yellow noodles, the fried mee hoon is the better tasting one.

Chee Cheong Fun & Yam Cake.

The chee cheong fun is firm and springy, with a soya sauce seasoning added. The yam cake is soft and springy, and contains what appears to be tiny bits of dried shrimps. Sweet sauce and chilli sauce are added to the dish, and it is topped with sesame seeds. Not bad.
