Curry Chicken Noodles

Hock Hai (Hong Lim) Curry Chicken Noodle is an award winning stall well known for its curry chicken noodles. It comes with slices of steamed white chicken meat, tau pok, curry potato, yellow noodles and some bean sprouts served in a bowl of curry gravy.

The chicken meat is smooth and tender, and its skin is soft and smooth. The tau pok is fairly soft and soaking up the flavourful curry gravy. The curry potato is soft and fairly flavourful. The yellow noodles is firm and springy with some bean sprouts. As for the curry sauce, it is very nicely flavoured with a slight tone of spiciness. You can also add savoury tasting chilli paste to your bowl of noodles.

This bowl of chicken curry noodles is a nice and flavourful one. I like it!
